Align Jamaica Limited (“Align”) operates a marketplace connecting Jamaican brands with content creators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
To run Align we collect and store:
- Account details: name, email, role, password (stored encrypted by our auth provider);
- Creator details: social handles, follower count, niches, portfolio media, bio and payout details;
- Brand details: company name, industry, size and role;
- Campaign activity: applications, submitted content, uploads, review notes and payouts;
- Performance data: publicly available view counts and snapshots recorded over time.
How we use it
We use your information to operate your account, match you to campaigns, verify performance, calculate and process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform.
Information reasonably necessary to run a campaign — including your handle, submitted content and verified performance — is shared with the Brand running that campaign.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never ask for your social media passwords.
Retention and removal
We keep account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements.
If your account is removed, we email the registered address with the reason. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@alignja.com.
